According to the ukrainian "Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights", the exchange and return of goods is possible up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the order by the client. A prerequisite for the exchange and return of goods is that the goods were not in use, the labels, presentation were preserved and all accompanying documents, as well as documents confirming the fact of payment (receipt for purchase, courier's receipt) are available. Goods that have been in use cannot be returned!
Exchange of goods made (sewn, printed) under the order for a similar one is possible only in the event of a manufacturing defect, a normal refund without reimbursement of costs for its production is impossible.
